Please read the following terms and conditions:

All dealings between Silk Space Clinic and any person for goods or service provided and supplied by Silk Space Clinic to the Client through this website, Instagram, Facebook, Phone or Email are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below. By using these platforms, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.

Privacy Policy

Silk Space will not sell or disclose the client’s personal information or details to any third party without the customers consent unless for the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary required by laws, investigations or legal proceedings.

Safety Policy

At Silk Space, we are committed to ensuring your personal safety whilst creating an enjoyable environment. We strive to ensure that all treatments are carried out in compliance with council and product or equipment requirements. All treatments will be performed by fully qualified staff using the highest cleaning protocols and safety measures. 

Booking with Silk Space

A non-refundable* deposit of 30% is required when making any bookings at Silk Space. This deposit will go towards your chosen treatment on the day and will be honored if you need to change the date of your booking prior to the 48 hour cancellation period. Cancellations within 48 hours prior, will result in loss of deposit. Failure to show up and late arrivals of 15 minutes or over will result in a charge of the treatment total. It is the client’s responsibility to remember and take note of their upcoming appointment however, a confirmation text will be sent out upon booking and another prior to your appointment day.

*In rare instances where a refund is required (this will be decided on a case by case basis), a booking fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and no shows affect us greatly, therefore Silk Space will adhere to a cancellation and no show policy for every booking made. A reminder text will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment, giving you the opportunity to change or reschedule your appointment before the 48 hour cancellation period. We understand that life is busy and emergencies can occur, please contact Silk Space immediately and we will try to accommodate you.

Membership policies

Standard booking, cancellation and no show policies applies to all bookings.
Treatments must be booked and completed at the prescribed interval. Missed appointments are forfeit, they do not roll over upon membership completion. Memberships are non-transferrable & non-refundable. After the minimum term is met you must give 2 weeks notice before cancelling your membership. Early cancellation of your membership will result in a termination fee of 15% of your remaining membership balance.


Silk Space accepts cash, EPTPOS, Afterpay and online card payment. Paywave and credit card payments in clinic with incur a 2% surcharge.

Price changes at Silk Space

All prices at Silk Space are susceptible to change without notice. Supplies and skincare prices are ever changing, as are treatments and education. However, will honor prices advertised at the time of booking.

Consultations at Silk Space

A Skin consultation & treatment program is required for your first appointment if you have booked an Intensive treatment (Microneedling, Laser, Peels and Cosmelan), and is recommended if you have any skin concerns. This ensures that we can both safely and effectively treat your skin.

Please ensure all information given during your consultation is complete and accurate, to avoid any disappointment or receiving unsuitable treatments during your booking. It is the client’s responsibility to provide all information regarding their health or lifestyle, including any changes since the last visit to Silk Space. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any discomfort they may experience during treatment, to allow the therapist to adjust accordingly. Please notify Silk Space upon booking of any conditions, such as pregnancy, illnesses, medications, or any other factors that may affect your skin. By agreeing to the terms stated above and signing the consultation form, you agree to waive all liabilities towards Silk Space for any injury or damage incurred due to any misrepresentation of your health history and any withheld information.

Refund or change of mind

At Silk Space we want you to be 100% happy with your purchases. This is why we endeavour to provide as much information on our products as we can, as well provide thorough skin consultations or try to answer any questions you have prior to purchase. Please take advantage of our consultations as we do not refund change of mind purchases. If you have any problems with your product, please contact us immediately at silkspaceclinic@gmail.com and we can attempt to resolve it.


We endeavour to dispatch orders on the next business day from the date of purchase, using either Courier Post or Fast Way courier services. We estimate most New Zealand addresses to arrive within 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Estimated delivery times are subject to delay upon circumstances such as road closures. A tracking number will be provided upon fulfillment of your order.

Gender Policy

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment, Silk Space does not take new client bookings from males without a referral from an existing female client or staff member (e.g. a client’s husband or staff acquaintance). Any bookings made without such referral, will be declined.

Child Policy

Children are not allowed to attend during any appointments made at Silk Space because the presence of electrical and hot equipment, sharp objects and chemicals make the environment risky for young children. Unsupervised children can cause distraction and time taken away from your appointment and won't enable the therapist to perform the treatment correctly and on time.

Any person under the age of 18 years under-going treatment requires parental/guardian consent, and may require an appropriate adult to be present.
